Position Title:

Furniture Handler ( Accepting Applications )

Warehouse, Full Time

Bismarck, ND

Position Purpose/Job Function:

This position is responsible for loading and unloading of furniture and other household items.  Driving and delivery of products using company provided transportation as needed

Necessary Qualifications:

Applicant should have clean driving record.  Applicant possessing a Class A & B beneficial but not required.  A working knowledge of Microsoft Office software is a plus!  Must have the ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level acquired through the completion of a high school education or General Education Development Certificate (G.E.D).

Typical Physical/Mental/Environmental Demands:

This position requires lifting up to 50-100 pounds; frequent walking, and the ability to stand, climb, kneel, and crawl.  May require the ability to learn to operate the following:  forklift, small hand tools and equipment.  May be exposed to heat, cold, dirt, dust, and noise.  Frequently is required to work in confined areas and at heights.  Must have the ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions.  This position is assigned to work both indoors and outdoors.  This position may require shift work.  Applicant must also possess the ability to communicate to supervisors and co-workers in both written and verbal forms.
