Customer Service Representative ( Accepting Applications )

Position Purpose/Job Function:

This position is conflict resolution with customers and vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive an adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns. These customers may be individual consumers or other companies, and the nature of their service needs can vary considerably. Applicant must be able to extract date from written form and electronic forms, and performing tasks and services as needed. Position is M-F, 8-5

Necessary Qualifications:

Applicant should have some office experience and/or customer service experience. Applicant should have basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and an ability to quickly learn new software. Applicant must have a good record of punctuality and attendance, and enjoy a fast pace team approach to problem solving. Must have the ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level acquired through the completion of a high school education or General Education Development Certificate (G.E.D). Benefits after 90 days.

Typical Physical/Mental/Environmental Demands:

Requires the ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally stands, walks, climbs, bends, and kneels. Good finger dexterity, ability to perform close work, and frequent use of keyboard/computer are required. Must be able to develop plans, procedures and goals; present information to others. Occasionally may be exposed to heat, cold, dirt, dust, and noise. This position requires the ability to read, write, comprehend, analyze data and reports and present information to others.
